Jinxed is a free party game. By playing it you agree to the following.

Play nicely

Your nickname and chat messages are shown to the other players in your room. Do not use them to harass anyone, or to post hateful, sexual, illegal or personal content. Do not try to break, overload or cheat the game or its servers. We may remove a player or a room, or block access, to protect other players.

The game

Jinxed is free and provided as it is. It can be unavailable, and a server restart ends every game in progress. Whether an answer counts, and how rare it is, comes from our answer lists, which are sometimes wrong.

Our content

The prompts, answer lists, rarity tiers, artwork and sounds in Jinxed are ours. You are welcome to play, share links, and post screenshots, videos and results. Do not copy, scrape or download them in bulk, republish them, or use them to build another game or service, without asking us first. Names of people, films, brands and other things in the prompts belong to their owners.
