Refunds

Jinxed is free to play. The shop sells optional outfits and accessories for your cat. They are one-time purchases, delivered to your account the moment you pay, and they change nothing about how the game plays.

Changed your mind?

Ask within 14 days of a purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. The items come off your account when the refund goes through. After 14 days we still read every request, and we refund when something went wrong on our side. The 14 days are for changing your mind, not for borrowing: buy an item back after refunding it and that purchase is final.

We always refund

• A purchase that did not arrive on your account, and we could not fix it.
• The same item bought twice.
• A purchase made by a child without a parent's permission.

How to ask

Write to support@jinxed.party with the email on your receipt, or use the refund link on the receipt itself. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days. Payments are processed by Stripe, which appears on your card statement as JINXED.PARTY.

Please ask us before your bank

A chargeback costs more than the item and takes weeks; an email to us takes a day. If a charge looks wrong, write first and we will sort it out.
